Preferred Registered Agents™ (PRA™) is committed to protecting user privacy and personal information. This policy sets forth that commitment in order to advise, inform and reassure users. BY USING THIS SITE AND SUBMITTING INFORMATION, THE USER CONSENTS TO THE TRANSFER, USE AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION AS OUTLINED IN THIS POLICY.

TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Preferred Registered Agents™ collects two types of information: User Traffic Data and Personal Information. In each instance, the information is handled differently but remains secure.

User Traffic Data
Preferred Registered Agents' site is programmed to automatically recognize "User Traffic Data." User traffic data is anonymous statistical information that does not personally identify the user, but is useful for marketing and for site improvements. The type of data complied as traffic may include the user's: (i) IP address, (ii) domain server, (iii) type of computer, and (iv) type of web browser. This data is examined statistically as website traffic and monitored to ensure the security of the site infrastructure. Nothing specifically personal about the user/person is contained in the data.

Personal Information
To access certain services offered on Preferred Registered Agents' site and in order for Preferred Registered Agents™ to fully supply its services, user-subscribers are required to provide certain personal information that identifies them and their company ("Personal Information"). Accurate Personal Information is required to create a company profile, to submit a subscription request, or to send Preferred Registered Agents™ feedback.

Personal Information may include: (i) contact information (such as your name, company title, phone number, company name, company address, mailing and e-mail addresses); (ii) financial information (for example, your account or credit card number); and (iii) demographic data (such as a user's zip code). To contact Preferred Registered Agents™ by e-mail, to post messages to a blog, chat group, bulletin board or forum, or to complete online forms, surveys, limited personal information is required. Any information provided in such communication may be collected.

SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION IS THE USER'S CHOICE.
A user may choose not to provide any personal information. In that case a user can access the "front" areas of the Site; however that user will not be able to obtain Preferred  Registered Agents' service(s) nor use the client/member section of the site (access to this area requires a user name, password, and personal information).

SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
User Personal Information is stored on secure web servers that are not directly accessible through the site. While reasonable efforts are taken to ensure the integrity and security of Preferred  Registered Agents' network and systems, one cannot absolutely guarantee that any security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" or other wrongdoers from illegally obtaining user information.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
 Personal Information that surfers or consumers enter on various submission forms on this Site is used for business purposes only: to contact users as necessary and to provide user or visitors with a positive Internet experience. When a user registers or subscribes to a service, the personal information collected includes the user's name, address, email address and telephone number. From time to time, PRA™ may aggregate Personal Information tendered on the site in order to identify user demographics, site behavior/use and to measure interest in specific pages. For these purposes, the aggregate collection process removes identifying information--it can no longer identify a person. This process allows PRA™ to analyze how, where and when to efficiently utilize resources without compromising anyone's privacy. (PRA™ may share this non-identifiable data with third parties for sales or marketing projects or for its own business promotional purposes.) PRA™ does not make contact information available to outside persons nor companies. Your personal identifying data is not shared--except as otherwise provided here or as such disclosure is necessary to: a. Comply with the law, a court order or legal process; b. Protect our rights, property and interests; or c. Enforce our Terms of Service.

NO PERSONAL OR CONTACT INFORMATION IS SOLD TO THIRD PARTIES. PERIOD.

LIMITATIONS TO USER PRIVACY
PRA's site contains links to third party web sites. PRA™ is not responsible for the privacy practices nor the content of such third party web sites. PRA™ may make forums, blogs, message boards, or user groups available on this site. Anything written or disclosed in these areas becomes public information upon posting. PRA™ has no control over the public's use of these open postings; users/posters are cautioned to exercise prudence when writing or revealing information considered personal (e.g., your name or location) or identifying in nature (e.g., on the Mayville school board, graduated from Jackson High School).

RESERVATION OF RIGHT TO CHANGE PRIVACY POLICY
PRA™ reserves the right to add, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, at any time and without notice, simply by posting such change, updating or modifying the site. Any change, update or modification shall be effective immediately upon its posting on the site.

CHILDREN AND MINORS PRIVACY
This site is not intended for use by persons under the age of 21. If you are under the age of majority, you must have an adult (a parent, guardian or legal representative) access this site on your behalf. If you are under 21 years of age, do not submit any information to this site.
